What are your top 3 achievements?
My top 3 achievements are: My 6 year old daughter who is the light in my life; my marriage and the help I’ve given girls and women throughout my life to support their dreams and full potential.

Tell us about your educational background?
I graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Business Administration; UCLA with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and am an Accredited Jewelry Professional and have my Diamond and Colored Stone certification from the Gemological Institute of America.

Tell us more about your family, with whom you are closest?
I have been married for 7 years to my husband Corrado, whom I met on my vacation in Italy, and we have a 6- year old little girl. My brother lives in another state but although we don’t see each other often, we are close and support eachother in everything we do; my mother and I also have a great relationship, only I wish she lived closer!

What kind of modeling/spokesperson projects have you done?
I have been a model and actress for over 15 years in both New York City and Los Angeles so I’ve worked on many film, TV and print modeling projects. I’ve just booked a print campaign for a new Eyeglass campaign so from time to time I still do modeling work. I will also be hosting a new show called “Meet the Professionals” which will be on cable starting in March.

What are your favorite platforms or which charitable organizations you admire most?
The charitable organization that I admire most is International Justice Mission, for its work in helping to free women and children who are sold into sexual slavery. They help free them from slavery, give them legal help to prosecute the captors and the therapy and after care they need to transition into society.

Do you have any interest in politics?
I do have an interest in politics. I like that you can make a difference and support change for the betterment of our community through politics.

What’s your dream job?
My dream job would be to have a talk show called “Inspire” where I interview guests who are inspirational in some way and who lead by example. I would also want to inspire people to make changes in their lives and their community by doing small things. We often feel powerless about what is going on in the world and in our nation, I would love to help us all to create the improvements by just doing one thing collectively.
Who is your favorite role model? My favorite role model is Oprah. I love how she inspires people through her shows and topics chosen; how she cares about educating and empowering our young girls today and how she uses her high profile to help create positive change within ourselves and the world.

Ten years from now where do you see yourself?
10 years from now I see myself: with my own TV show; as a motivational speaker speaking across the country; a published bestselling author; living on the beach in California; having won a National title.
